SCENARIO: A 23-year old female is working her way toward obtaining a Bachelor’s degree. She and her boyfriend of three years are about to cohabitate. They must choose between a house, condominium and apartment. Their combined annual income is approximately $60,000. She does not like the idea of apartment living since, in her mind, the rent is wasted money and does not go toward owning anything. However, a condo or house are very big commitments and she is not sure if she is ready. Which would be the wisest option for our college student?
THANKS!!

I am desperately looking for help. My husband is a wonderful person now, but he had a horrible childhood growing up. Pretty much left on his own at 14 and got in to drugs to survive b/c he wasn’t old enough to get a job. He ended up in a real fight club. His older brother was a black belt and he was trained by him from a very young age. It became the easiest way for him to make money. He had blocked his past for many years but he is now having nightmares every night. He is being haunted by the people he killed. He keeps seeing the look of them begging for mercy right before he finished them off. He went undefeated but his last two fights he couldn’t bear to kill them. He had to fight his way out of the Mafia to get out of his fighting contract. I am having trouble finding help for him b/c any search I do only brings up the movie. Is there anyone out there that can help me?

So my brother has gone on a hunger strike. He literally hasn’t eaten anything in 3 and half weeks. He’s 25, just finished college (even that was difficult because he had bouts of depression from 16-23) but has became very religious (which has cleared up his depression). He says all he wants is to buy a farm, live on his own and dedicate his life to God. He doesn’t want to live in a ‘base’ society cause everything inclines him to sin. He wants my mum to sell her house and give him his inheritance now so he can do that. But she says ‘no’. He might die! What to do……should my mom give him the money?
