Perpetual threats that keep the masses in fear and at bay?

For the unread – Eurasia and Easasia were the perpetual enemies (or alliance) of Oceania in Orwell’s classic “1984.” Whether the threat was real, or just propaganda was never known. But the perpetual state of war, and constant need of more money and troops wass real…..
That’s the beuty of the combo threat – everyone believes that at least one (if not both) are real, and serious. I’m not saying that either one is not real, it’s just convenient tfor the governement to have such a threat

Yes, i know i have put this question other places, but noones answering, and i need answers!
I have had this dream since childhood (i cant believe it stayed) that i wanted to be transformed into a wolf. by that i mean, plastic surgery for the hair, which probably would be artificial, a snout , like a prosthetic, and more things to accessorize. (paws, tail,sharp teeth, ETC) now, dont get me wrong, but this is my lifes dream! i finally have enough money to get ALL of it done, and i wont let this slip through my hands. by the way, my name is not real for security reasons, but call me jack anyway. IF ANYONE CAN PROVIDE AN ELGIBLE WEBSITE AS TO WHERE I CAN FIND SURGERY FOR THIS, PLEASE POST! PLEASE DONT POST ANTAGONISTIC THINGS TO MAKE ME ANGRY! i really want help, because you wouldnt believe how many sites i have been to that were all fake….. anyways, please post only in good intentions! thank you!

SCENARIO: A 23-year old female is working her way toward obtaining a Bachelor’s degree. She and her boyfriend of three years are about to cohabitate.
