I was going to purchase a house and had a home inspection done on it. It was later revealed to me that the house is located in a flood zone and the flood insurance was more than I could afford. Should I still have to pay for the home inspection?
Not all homes in this area are in flood zones.

It’s obvious that inflation will be in hitting the US sometime this decade because of all “funny” money the US gov. had tried to throw at the problm. My big question is how to invest and make money during a period of inflation.
